We had a great stay at this hotel & I would stay there again. I thoroughly recommend it
The hotel was in a perfect location within easy walking distance of all the sights but quiet with plenty of restaurants nearby & just a hop from the Borghese park. The security was excellent via 3 locked doors but it was easy to access at any time of day or night & we were given special digital instructions to access on first arrival as we had to check in out of hours due to the time of our flight. the staff couldn’t have been more helpful from start to finish. Breakfast was great. The room wasn’t massive but perfectly adequate given that we were really only in it to sleep, & it was spotlessly clean & well furnished & decorated. The price was good compared with other hotels in central Rome.
I really have nothing to criticise except that the bed was a bit hard for me personally, but I put a blanket under the sheet for more padding & then it was fine. The water in the shower didn’t stay hot for very long, but it was hot weather so that didn’t really bother us.

Loved the location—close to Villa Borghese, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc.
The staff/service was exceptional at check-in and breakfast.
Our room was a little darker than I like, but great for sleeping.

Very Good
Very friendly and attentive staff. Small but delicious breakfast and helpful service. The location is top, nearby is a bus station and from there you can get easy to all the famous sightseeing spots.

Lovely room with good breakfast
Very nice, clean room with good breakfast. The beds were comfortable and the room has a desk with a couple of chairs which we found useful.
There was a kettle in the room but it did not have any mugs or tea/coffee, so it would be nice if that could be provided (I am not sure if that was an oversight). There is a steep hill to climb to reach the property, which was ok for us but may be difficult for some people.
